• All users - If you do not have administrator rights to the Infor Property Management, you must get the prerequisite information from the person who administers your Infor Property Management system.
• Only if using the Manage feature - If you want to work with “Assigned to me” tasks, you need your Employee ID, found in the eService module.

Follow these instructions for Android and iOS devices to obtain information that you need before you start to set up QuickTask.

Note

To avoid typographical errors, you may want to copy and paste the information into a temporary document until it is needed in the next section, Setting Up QuickTask. Or, have someone do this for you.

1. Log into the Infor Property Management. Enter your usual Username and Password into the AMSI login page, and then click Login. If you are setting up a device for another user, have them log into the system with their usual Username and Password.

2. From the System module, select About. The About System page opens. This page contains information you need to set up QuickTask.

   1. Make a note of the URL shown in the AMSI API URL field. For example, http://servername/AmsiWeb/api .

   2. Make a note of the value shown in the Portfolio field. For example, AMSI756 Suite

3. Only for users who want to set up the Manage feature to work with “Assigned to me” tasks, follow these steps:

   1. From eService, select Setup—Employee.
   2. On the Employee tab, make a note of the value in the Employee ID field (for the user of the mobile device.
